What is the price range for your wedding dresses?


Our designer made-to-order gown collection ranges from $1500 to $2500. That said, for a time crunch, we also always have some off-the-rack sample gowns that are available for immediate purchase and that range from $500 - $2,000.




What sizes do you carry for your samples?


Firstly, please know that we can order wedding dresses from our designers from size 0 to size 34 -- so, everybody (and we mean EVERY body) can have their dress! Our dress samples range from sizes 8 - 28, with most of our designer collection gowns between sizes 10 - 14 and our plus-size designer collection between sizes 20 to 28. If your sizing is outside the range mentioned above -- no worries! -- we have creative ways of making sure you can experience trying on dresses that are of a smaller or larger size to your frame. Please note that bridal gowns tend to run small (we know! what were they thinking?!), so be mentally prepared that you might be 2 or 3 sizes above your own -- but chill because you are going to feel and look fabulous in our dresses and that's what matters.




How long in advance should I order my wedding dress?


From the moment your order, it generally takes around 6 months for a gown to arrive. Alterations normally take another 4 to 8 weeks. So, if you order your gown 8 months before your wedding, then it will be right up against your wedding. The best time to order your gown is 10-12 months before your wedding, avoiding unnecessary stress. Under Covid-19, we highly recommend our brides to order 12 months before their wedding event. Short on time? Some styles may be available to order in a quicker time frame but availability depends entirely on the designer, the style and size of the dress. We also have a large selection of off-the-rack and clearance wedding gowns that are ready to go. Unless you are military and/or with a special cause, we do not currently service brides with a wedding date more than 18 months away as we cannot guarantee that the styles currently in-store will not be discontinued by the designer. If your wedding date is 19 months or more away, we recommend waiting to book your appointment 8 to 12 months before your wedding event.




Will I need alterations? Do you offer alterations?


You will almost certainly need alterations. Gowns are made to order in a size that is closest to your measurements and alterations provides the final magic touch that makes the gown fit your body beautifully! Alterations are a separate cost from your gown. We have teamed up with an amazing seamstress who handles most of our brides and bridesmaids that is closeby in her studio. That said, brides and bridesmaids are free to select their own seamstress as well. Bridal alterations can range based off of the dress and any changes our brides’ bodies experience after the dress has been ordered. We estimate anywhere from $250-$800 for bridal alterations approximately for common alterations.




What is the start-to-finish process of buying my wedding dress with Bridal Galleria?


Your bridal appointment will include a tailored, 1-on-1 private session with your bridal stylist where you will try on your gown with some champagne. If you fall in love and a made-to-order gown is purchased, we'll take your measurements and order to your closest numericale size. Once the gown arrives 5 to 6 months later, you will come back for a final appointment to pick up the gown and do a final inspection. You will then take the gown to our recommended seamstress just a few blocks down (or to the seamstress of your choosing) for alterations and to do the final tweaks to the dress (such as the hem and other small details to make it fit to perfection).




So you're saying I need an appointment?


Yes, we require appointments for looking at our wedding dresses, bridesmaid gowns and accessories. Appointments allow us to plan and make time just for you! Booking an appointment with us is super easy using our LIVE scheduling app on our website on our Book Appointment page. Since we are a small business and we are further restricting the number of appointments due to Covid-19, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we can give a chance to the brides on our waiting list who wish to come in that day. If you do not reschedule/cancel before those 24 hours, we will charge a $50 non-refundable fee. We get it, life happens, but you can always email or call us when you know you are not able to make it so we can be fair to our stylists' time and other brides on our wait list. It will be hard getting back in with us if you are a NO SHOW. We are all about honoring this experience, so let's hold ourselves accountable to each other's time. Bridal Galleria bridal appointments are free of charge for the first bridal appointment and for a re-try appointment. Should you wish to return for a third appointment there, there will be a $100 fee for that appointment and any appointment there after.




How should I prepare for my consultation?


There’s no one right way to shop for a wedding gown, but preparing in advance for your wedding dress can actually be really fun! Close your eyes, think about your wedding, what sort of vibe you are wanting to create and how you want to feel and be remembered that day. Do you want be to be remembered as a classic beauty? Romantic and in love? Sultry and sexy? After you get a few keywords together, then use them to search for pictures on Instagram or Pinterest. We love seeing images of what types of gowns inspire you! Do remain flexible, though, as brides often fall in love with gowns they would never have pinned. (We cannot tell you how many times we have heard "I was SO NOT expecting this, but I LOVE it!") If that all feels too overwhelming, that’s ok! That's what we're here for, love! We are here to help you figure out what you are looking for in a gown and empower you to feel beautiful in whatever gown you choose! We’ll ask questions throughout to help you pinpoint what you want and to pull the perfect gown. For the actual appointment, we recommend the following: * Wear white or nude colored undergarments. * Bring in shoes in the heel height that you would want on your wedding day. *A hairtie or something to keep your hair up in between tryons.




Do you have a return policy on the dresses?


All sales are final and cannot be cancelled. Unfortunately, due to the special nature of our merchandise, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, our vendors and designers are also unable to cancel, make changes, or modify any order. Before placing your order, please be sure of the style, color, size, and any other specifications before you submit your order. We will review all of these details with you at the time of purchase. The submission of any order fully acknowledges your agreements to these Terms & Conditions. This also applies to Sample Dresses sold off the rack.
